乳頭近接脈絡網膜炎の一亞型

A Subtype of Juxtapapillary Chorioretinitis

緒言

　乳頭近接脈絡網膜炎Chorioretitis juxtapa-pillarisは，1908年Edmund-Jensen氏が，始めてこれを発表記載してより，本症はEdmund-Jensen氏病又は視神経線維炎Neurofibrillitisoptica （Rönne）或はNeuritis retinae （Zeeman）とも云われ，その特徴は境界不明な充血した乳頭に接した白色，綿球状の稍々粗大な限局性網膜溷濁が単発又は多発し，やがて拡大して大きな白斑となる浸潤期に次で，この白斑は漸次消失して帯青色萎縮巣となるもので，又屡々再発しやすく陳旧巣の附近に更に新鮮巣が現われ再び神経線維に沿つて拡大進展する様に見える。特に視野はマリオツト盲点（以下「マ」氏盲点と略す）を含む扇状視野欠損を示すものと考えられている。

　最近飯沼氏は，本症の軽症形に就いてその扇形視野欠損が比較的欠損を示す症例を報告し一応本症と考えると記載している。

The author's report is a case of juxtapapillary chorioretinitis of a woman's right eye. The followings are findings and therapeutic results of the case :

1) The fundus showed the findings of juxtapapillary chorioretinitis such as atrophic focus and exudative patch near by the disc, while in the visual field he could find no spe-cifically typical fan-shaped defect, but only an enlargement of Mariotte's spot.

2) Treatments by hypertonic saline solution, Imidaline, Vitamine B₁, etc.
