　トラコーマの病理学的研究からみたトラコーマの手術的療法を述べる場合其基本となるトラコーマの病理を述べて置かねばならない。

The development of adenoid tissue is a sort of pathological production, says Dr. Nakamura. He explains its productions order from pathological view.

Then, models of adenoid tissues on Fornix, conjunctiva tarsi and cornea due to trachoma are presented.

According to this he illustrates the position at which grains and scars are formed. Classific-ation of trachoma varies with a preventive stand-point or a therapeutic stand-point, but it is better to be treated by contrasting the former with the latter.
