- Abstract 文献概要
翼状片手術は成書に種々の方法が記載されているが，我々の経験によれば何れもその何％かに再発を免れぬ様である。
予は約25年前より無茎弁移植法によつてすべてを処理して来たが，その結果再発が非常に少ないと思われるのでその遠隔成績について報告したい。
The course of the pterygium operation by non-pedunculated flap transplantation after 4 mo-nths to 9 years and 3 months from operation was studied for 103 eyes of 94 patients who were chosen from 153 patients. In that case,only two eyes were true recurrence. The result is superior to the result of other method. The method of operation was described in detail.
