1．緒言
高安氏病は明治41年（1908）高安氏が「奇異なる網膜中心血管の変化の1例」と題して報告して以来，症例の報告相次ぎ，1954年迄に130余例に達したが，殆んど全例が本邦人に限られ，欧米諸国には比較的例の少いとされている特殊な疾患である。吾が教室に於いても，1951年鈴木教授の報告があり，今日症候学的にはほぼ明らかにされた観があるが，その本態に関しては先天性の素因を重視するもの，結核との関係に原因を求むるなど，未だ解明の域を脱し得ない現状である。
The Ist case. A woman aged 24. Has anamnesis of tuberculosis. Blood vessel anastomosis was found at the posterior pole of the ocular fundus of the right eye apart from the papillary.
The 2nd case. A girl aged 12. Wreathshaped anastomosis was found in the ocular fundus of the left eye. The 3rd case. A woman aged 21. Bilateral radial and sub-clavicular arteries were not palpable. Ansa-shaped anastomosis was found in the ocular fundus of the right eye. Angiography revealed the stenosis of subclavicular and carotid artery.
The 4 case. A man aged 21. Pulsation are not palpable at the arteries of bilateral upper arm.
