緒言

　正常眼に於ける前毛様動・静脈が解剖学的・生理学的見地よりすれば，眼圧の調整に重要なる役割を果している事に就いては既に第1報に於て述べた。そこで今回は緑内障眼に於ける前毛様動・静脈圧と眼圧とが如何なる関係にあるか，又緑内障眼に手術的操作を加える事によつて前毛様動・静脈圧が如何なる影響を受けるかに就いて述べる事に致します。

　抑々眼圧の調節に重要なる役割を果している前毛様動・静脈圧が，緑内障眼に於ては如何なる状態にあるか，又手術的操作を加える事によつて前毛様動・静脈圧が如何なる影響を受けるかに就いての研究は，従来の文獻を繙いてみるに，前毛様動・静脈圧に就いて僅か数氏の報告しかない。然も其の大部分は前毛様動脈圧或は前毛様静脈圧の何れか1方にのみ偏し，両者を同時に測定観察した報告に致つては更に微々たるものである。又緑内障眼に手術的操作を加える事によつて前毛様動・静脈圧が如何なる影響を受けるかの研究に至つては殆んどその報告を見出し得ない。

1) Arithmetic means of 48 eys with simple glaucoma were as follows : the blood pressure of Aa. ciliares anteriores 87.29±1.08~60.59±0.97mmHg, and the blood, pressure of Vv. ciliares anteriores 21.46±0.41mmHg.

2) Arithmetic means of 73 eyes with congestive glaucoma were asfollows : the blood pre-ssure of Aa. ciliares anteriores 91.57±1.82~61.71±1.13mmHg, and the blood pressure of Vv. ciliares anteriores 23.94±0.53mmHg.

3) There was no difference of the blood pressure of Aa. and Vv. ciliares ant. between the simple glaucomatous and normal eye redgardless of the intraocular tension or the operation received or not.
