緑内障眼に於ける前毛様動・静脈圧に関する研究—第5報 頸部圧迫試験に対する前毛様動・静脈圧及び眼圧の反応による緑内障の診断並に予後の判定に関する一考察

　既に第3報に於ては正常眼の，第4報に於ては緑内障眼の頸部に30粍水銀柱，10分間圧迫と云う操作を加えた際の前毛様動・静脈圧及眼圧の反応に就いて述べ，又単純緑内障眼に於ては前毛様動・静脈圧の反応に於て正常眼の反応と差なく，眼圧に於ては正常眼と反応が異なり，又鬱血性緑内障眼に於ては前毛様動・静脈圧及び眼圧の反応に於て正常眼と反応の異なる事も既にその際述べた如くであります。そこで今回は正常眼と緑内障眼の前毛様動・静脈圧及び眼圧の反応に於けるその差を利用し，本試験の如き30粍水銀柱，10分間と云う低い加圧量の頸部圧迫試験が緑内障の診断並に予後の判定に役立つかどうかに就いて考察した結果従来の圧迫負荷試験にも優るとも劣らぬ好結果を得，然かも従来は圧迫量として60粍水銀柱以上の圧を用いる者が多かつた為，患者に与える苦痛も甚しかつたが，本試験は圧迫量として従来の半分と云う30粍水銀柱の圧を用い，而も気管を圧迫しないで頸動・静脈のみを圧迫する様に作つた橋を用いたため患者に与える苦痛は著しく軽減し，又一定の圧を目的部に加える事が出来たのでかくの如き好成績を得たものと思われ，又一方前毛様動・静脈圧をも考慮しての圧迫負荷試験の成績は従来の文献にもみられないので此処に報告し大方の批判を仰がんとする次第であります。

1) The diagnostic value about the change of the blood pessure of Aa.and Vv. ciliar. ant. and intraocular pressure according to the pressuae of 30mm. HG on the bifurcated region of the common carotid artery, was investigated.

2) In this venous pressure test, the diagnostic rate were high only by intraocular pressure but it was little higher when the intraocular pressure and the blood pressure of Aa. and Vv. ciliar. ant. were considered together. But it was low by only the blood pressure of Aa. and Vv. ciliar. ant.
