緑内障眼に於ける前毛様動・静脈圧に関する研究—第6報緑内障眼に於ける虹彩部組織の病理組織的所見に就いて主として血管に就いて

　緑内障の本態の解明の一助にと，第1報より第5報に至る迄は，専ら房水の産生・排出に重要な役割を果している前毛様動・静脈の生理学的探索を行い，その結果単純緑内障眼に於ては，前毛様動・静脈の反応に於て，正常眼と差異を認めず，鬱血性緑内障眼に於ては，前毛様動・静脈の反応に於て，正常眼と差異を認め，前毛様動・静脈にトーヌスの低下のある事が知れたのでありますが今回は少し趣を変え，前毛様動・静脈の更に末梢である虹彩部の血管に就いて，病理組織的探索を行い，聊か興味ある結果を得たので，此処に発表し，大方の批判を仰がんとするものであります。

1) In the glaucoma simplex, the pathologic change were found even in the early stage and the incrassation of the intima and the wall of blood vessels and occulsion were recognized.

2) In the glaucoma congestiva, the pathologic change of blood vessels were very few by the adequate tratment in the early stage, however, in the untreated case, the incrassation of the intima of blood vessels and thickness of wall were recognized though lesser than in the simple glaucoma.
