緑内障眼に於ける前毛様動・靜脈圧に関する研究—第3報 頸部圧迫試験に対する正常眼の前毛様動・静脈圧及び眼圧の反応に就いて

　既に第1報，第2報に於ては，夫々正常眼，緑内障眼に於ける前毛様動・静脈圧の状態に於ける測定値に就いて述べたので，今回は前毛様動・静脈圧及眼圧の反応の状態を同時に知る目的で頸部に圧迫と云う操作を加え，その際の前毛様動・静脈圧及眼圧の測定値に就いて検討する機会を得たので述べることに致します。

　従来行なわれている頸部圧迫試験の大多数は，60粍水銀柱前後の圧を1分間頸部に加えるのでありますが，前毛様動・静脈圧及び眼圧を測定するに要する時聞的関係及びその際の刺戟による影響又被検者に与える苦痛等を考慮し，従来の半分と云う低き30粍水銀柱の圧を10分間頸部に加え，その際に於ける前毛様動・静脈圧及び眼圧を測定し正常眼，緑内障眼の測定値に就いて種々比較検討した結果，抑か興味ある結果を得，又かかる低圧にょる頸部圧迫試験の報告は文獻にも少ないし，頸部圧迫試験の際の前毛様動・静脈圧の測定値に致つては文獻に殆んどその報告をし己出し得ないので，此処に報告する次策でありますが，今回はその基礎となる正常眼の測定値に就いて述べることに致します。

1) The blood pressure of Aa, and Vv, ciliares and the intraocular tension for healthynormal eyes were measured by pressing the bifurcated region of A. carotis communis with 30mmHg for 10 minutes.

2) Cervical venous pressure test caused the decrease of the blood pressure of Aa. ciliares ant., and the initial pressure was reached immediately after the removal of the pressure. The blood pressure of Vv. ciliares ant. and the intraocular tension increased by the venous pressure test, and decreased to the initial value immediately after the removal of the pressure.
