既に第1報，第2報に於ては，夫々正常眼，緑内障眼に於ける前毛様動・静脈圧の状態に於ける測定値に就いて述べ，又第3報に於ては頸部に30粍水銀柱，10分間圧迫と云う操作を加えた際の正常眼の前毛様動・静脈圧及眼圧の測定値に就いて述べたので，今回は頸部に30粍水銀桂10分間圧迫と云う操作を加えた際の緑内障眼に於ける前毛様動・静脈圧及眼圧の測定値に就いて述べる事に致します。
1) 35 eyes with simple glaucoma, and 47 eyes with congestive glaucoma were measured.
2) The blood pressure of Aa. ciliares ant. in the eyes of simple glaucoma and congestive glaucoma, decreased after venous presure test, and did not immediately return to the initial value after its removal. The blood pressure of the ciliares ant. and intraocular tension increased after venous pressure test, but did not immediately return to the initial value after its removal.
3) There was no difference of the reaction between the bloodpressure of Aa. and Vv. ciliares ant. of the simple glaucomatous eye and the Normal eye.
