Abstract 文献概要

　1923年Seidelが所謂Pelotten Methodeを用い，初めて人眼の前毛様動・静脈圧を測定して以来，現在に至る迄西洋に於ては数人の業績発表がありますが，吾が国に於ては最近漸く2,3の報告があったに過ぎず，然も従来はその研究の目的が主として葡萄膜の血液循環障碍にあったため，前毛様動脈圧の測定が主であり，兎角前毛様静脈圧の測定は軽んぜられていたのでありますが，1946年Thomassenが緑内障発病の機序に対し上鞏膜静脈圧の上昇が主要なる役割を果すと発表して以来，前毛様静脈圧の測定も漸く注目を俗びて来たのであります。然し乍ら緑内障の研究に当っては，単に前毛様動脈圧，前毛様静脈圧の何れか一方のみを測定するに止まらず，共に両者を測定することが，その解剖学的，生理学的見地よりすればより重要であると老えられるのであります。

From the anatomical and physiological view point, Aa. ciliares anteriores are concerned in production of aqueous humar and Vv.ciliares anteriores in excretion of thern,and both of them seem to has a role of the control of intraocular tension.

This studies had been done to clear the relation of the blood pressure of Aa.and Vv.ciliares anteriores between and the glaucoma.

At first,the blood pressure of Aa. and Vv. ciliare anteriores of 110 normal eyes of 59 indivi-dualles were measured by the so-called Seidel's Pelotten Method and the following results were obtained.
