（3）前毛様静脈圧及び房水静脈圧並びにその眼圧との関運に就いて—第1報正常眼に就いて

About the correlation between anterior ciliary vein and aqueous vein with its intraocular pressure.:1) About the normal eyes.

　近来房水静脈が発見されてからその房水排出路としての機能が重要視され前眼部血管特に前毛様血管の研究が諸外国並に我国に於いて盛になつてきた。外国ではAscher,Goldmann,Weekers etPrijot,Wegner und Intlekofer,Jean-Gallois，Greaves and Perkins,Kleinert等により人眼及び家兎眼の房水静脈の観察が行われた。我国でも岸本，石塚，呉基福氏等により，その正常眼及び緑内障眼に就いての報告がある。又前毛様動静脈は下山，青木，大橋，堀田氏に依つて観察が行われている。

　私は今回正常眼に就いて前毛様静脈及び房水静脈の圧を測定し，且これが眼圧とどの様な関連を有しているかを研究する為に実験を企図した。前毛様静脈圧に就いては，外国ではDuke-Elder，Goldmann,Erick Linner,Carl Rickenbach，Heinrich Werner,Lohlein等により夫々値が出されているが，必ずしも一致した値を示していない。我国ではこの方面に関しては尚文献に乏しく僅に大橋，堀田，伊藤，清水氏等の研究を見るのみである。

The normal pressure of anterior ciliary vein and aqueous vein were measured and their cor-relation with the intraocular pressure were studied. The results were as follows.

1) The great majority have shown 100-150mm/H₂O pressure (7.3-11mm/HG) of anterior cilia-ry vein.

2) The pressure of aqueous vein have shown 100-150mm/H₂O (7.3-11mm/HG) and 150-200mm/ H₂O (11-14.7mm/HG) most frequently.

The total of both were almost half of total cases.

3) The average of the pressure of anterior ciliary vein were 10.9mm/HG.

4) The average of the pressure of aqueous vein were 10.01mm/HG 1mm/HG lesser than the pressure of anterior ciliary vein.
