眼部血管と全身並びに眼底血圧檢診成績—第1報 20歳代健康男子に於ける成績

Correlation among Vascular Change of the Eye, Brachal Blood Pressure and Retinal Blood pressure:I. The Results on Healthy Males of the Twenties

〔I〕緒言

　全身及び眼底血圧と網膜所見との関係を論じた業績は多いが，之等血圧と結膜血管との関係を述べたものには，Muller,Lee,H．E．＆　Holze，Weinstein　＆　Forgaca，管沼氏及び当教室の竹内，井上等の成績をみるに過ぎず，しかも之等はいづれも主として高血圧，動脈硬化症等の結膜血管の変形を論じたものであつた。

　我々は全身及び眼底血圧と網膜並びに結膜血管所見を精査して，之等の間の相関の有無を検討すべく，その最初の段階として，本学医学部学生106名，年齢20〜28歳の健康男子の検診を行い，併せて家族歴を調査して高血圧の遺伝的素因と上記諸検査成績とを比較し得たので茲に報告する。

On 106 healthy males, in the twenties, measurement of blood pressuae, ophthalmodinamome-try, opthalmoscopy, changes on ciliar and conjunctival vessels were examined : further, family history was investigated on 61 cases of them.

The correlation among them was foljowings.

1) In regard to brachial and retinal blood pressure, the majority was contained in the criterion of normal and no definitely derailed cases. The Mode was 120-70mmHg in brachial, 64-41… 35mmHg in retinal.

2) None of them, showed advanceed vascular lesion on the anterior portion and the fundus.

About half of all showed some changes but these changes were very slight.
