　白血病による眼症状に関してはかなりの報告をみるが，緑色腫ならざる白血病により一側眼窩内腫瘍を形成初発症状として眼球突出を来たした例は本邦に於いてはその報告をみない様に思う。私は最近その1例を経験し剖検する機会を得たので報告する。

Patient : male, 17 years old.

A case of monocytic leucaemia caused by unilateral orbital tumor was reported. This leuc-aemia indicated exophthalmos as the initial sign. The case and its developmental process have been studied histopathologically with the resected tumor and autopsical finding together with a hematological examination were also conducted. The taxological question of this case and its relationship with chloroma are also studied.
