皮膚白血病の1剖検例

A AUTOPSY REPORT OF THE CUTANEOUS MANIFESTATION OF LEUKEMIA

　Virchowの命名になる白血病に於ける皮膚病変に関する記載はBisiadechi （1879）を嚆矢とし，本邦に於ても北川（1907）の症例以来文献に散見せられる所であるが，近時急速に症例が追加せられ，既に67例が数えられるが，著者等も其1例を観察，剖検し得たので紹介する。

A 43-year-old woman complained itchy cutaneous lesions on face, arms and thighs. Although locations of lesions, negative oxydase reaction and hiatus leucaemicus suggested lymphatic leukemia, autopsy revealed myeloid leukemia. Skin manifestations belonged to the specific tumor type. The patient died 3 months later after the begining of cutaneous changes.
