緒言

　Posner-Schlossman症候群（以下P-S症候群と略）は本邦においても近年その存在が注目されてその報告も枚挙にいとまがない。また本症候群は注意して観察しないとしばしば原発緑内障に間違えられる場合があることも強調されている_6）10）。しかしある種のブドウ膜炎および続発緑内障が本症候群に酷似した病像を呈する場合のあることについて現在までとくにこれを論じた報告はないようである。

　われわれは，最近，ある種の原因が推察されるブドウ膜炎及び続発緑内障でP-S症候群に酷似した病像を呈した症例を3例相次いで経験したのでここに報告する。

Three patients with recurrent attacks of uveitis and secondary glaucoma similar to the clinical course of the Posner-Schlossman syn-drome were reported.

51-year-old man (case 1) and 55-year-old wo-man (case 2) showed repeated attacks of mild degree of unilateral iritis and mydriasis with ocular hypertension. The patient in case 1 de-veloped geographic keratitis and subepithelial punctate keratitis associated with corneal hy-pesthesia two years after intial examination. The patient in case 2 revealed punctate epithelial keratitis with corneal hypesthesia eight months after initial attack.
