緒言
近年，公衆衛生の向上とともに寄生虫特にシラミ（lice）による疾患に遭遇するのは絶無に近くなつてぎた。最近著者らは感染源は不明であるが，3歳女児の睫毛にケジラミ（Phthirus pub—is）寄生の新鮮例を経験したので報告する。
An unusual case of seborrhoic blepharitis in a 3-year-old girl is described. Crab-lice (Phth-irus pubis) were found on the cilia of both upper eyelids and were identified as the causa-tive offenders. Rapid cure was brought about by epilation and the use of antibiotics as ey-edrops. Environmental studies as well as opht-halmological and dermatological examinations of the family resulted in negatives outcomes and gave no clue as to the route of infection.
