眼瞼におけるケジラミ（Phthirus pubis）寄生の一例

A Case of Phthiriasis Palpebrarus

緒言

　眼瞼における動物性皮膚疾患にはいくつかのものがあげられるが，著者らは最近睫毛におけるPhthirus pubisすなわちケジラミの寄生例を経験した。睫毛におけるケジラミの本邦における報告例について日本眼科全書^1）に8つの報告（9症例）が紹介されているが，医学中央雑誌により大正7年（1918）より昭和47年（1972）までのケジラミの症例報告は，この眼科領域における報告のほかに見あたらなかつた。眼科分野における報告の中においても昭和30年（1955）における岩沢の報告以降本邦眼科文献における報告例はみられず，本症は特に近年においてはまれなものと思われるのでここに症例の報告をする。

A case of infection of the lashes by crab-lo-use was presented.

A 4-year-old boy was noted to have numero-us dark brownisk colored fine materials alongalmost all eye lashes of right upper lid and so-me of lower and left upper lid. The lid margin showed inflammatory signs probably due to sc-ratching and rubbing for the itching which di-sappeared soon after removal of the materials on the cilia and the parasites by forceps with-out medical treatment.
