乳頭血管炎と思われる症例

Optic Disc Vasculitis

緒言

　健康な若年者の片眼にみられる，乳頭浮腫様あるいは中心静脈閉塞様所見を呈し，視力障害が軽度でかつその予後の比較的良好なものを，Reti—nal VasculitisあるいはOptic Disc Vasculitisなる概念でとらえた報告が多くみられるようになつた。

　われわれも最近2年間にこれに一致する所見を呈した3症例を経験したので報告する。

Three cases of optic vasculitis were reported.

Case 1 (31-year-old female, right eye) was a papilloedema type and was treated successfully with systemic steroid and intravenous infusionof urokinase. Five months after the onset of the disease, papilloedema and dilatation of reti-nal vein disappeared, leaving an ill-defined disc with some pallor of the disc.

Case 2 (40-year-old female, left eye) was a central retinal vein occlusion type and was treated with subconjunctival injection of uroki-nase.
