緒言

　近年，癌患者の増加とともに，脈絡膜転移癌の増加していることは周知の事実であるが，転移癌の中でも，比較的まれとされていた肺よりの脈絡膜転移癌も増加の傾向にあることは，最近の症例の追加報告者が指摘するところである^{6）14）18）}。これら続々と追加される報告を読んで気づいた2,3の点を，著者の経験をもとに考察してみたい。

1. All the case reports of choroidal metasta-sis from primary carcinoma of the lung in Japan have been reviewed. It was pointed out that the exact primary lesion of the lung should be described for accurate diagnosis.

2. A case of choroidal metastasis from pri-mary bronchial carcinoma (B²b) was described. The primary lesion of the bronchus was found to produce ACTH. Although ACTH in the choroidal metastatic lesion was not measured biochemically, the electron micrograghs of the choroidal lesion revealed neuro-secretory-type granules in the cytoplasm of the tumor cells.
