脈絡膜に転移した腎細胞癌

A CASE OF CHOROIDAL METASTASIS OF RENAL CELL CARINOMA

　41歳，男性．左腎細胞癌で根治的腎摘出術を受けた24カ月後に，左眼の霧視感と視力低下を訴え受診．左眼脈絡膜と両肺に腎細胞癌からの多発性の転移を認めた．Inter-feron-αと左眼への放射線治療を行ったが，肺病変は変化なく，脈絡膜病変は増大した．腎細胞癌の脈絡膜への転移は稀であり，文献的考察を行った．

A 41-year-old man who had received radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma 24 months ago was admitted to our clinic, complaining of failing vision. Ophthalmological examination showed choroidal metastasis and chest X-P demonstrated lung metastasis. Treatment with radiation and interferon-a was done. The lung lesion was not changed, and choroidal lesion was progressing. Reanal cell carcinoma metastasizing to the choroid is rare. Previously published cases of choroidal metastasis, especially in urogenital malignancies, are surveyed.
