緒言
外傷性漿液性虹彩嚢腫を2例経験し，嚢腫後壁（後房に面する方の嚢腫壁）の組織学的検索を行なう機会を得た。うち1例は電子顕微鏡で観察したので所見を報告する。
Two cases of traumatic serous iris cyst were reported with reference to histopathological study of resected posterior wall of the cysts. The first case was a four-year-old girl, in whom iris cyst had developed during a period of ele-ven months after the penetrating corneal inju-ry. By histological observation with HE stain-ing, the inner wall of the cyst was suggested to be derived from the corneal epithelium which has embedded and proliferated in the iris stro-ma.
