緒言

　外傷性漿液性虹彩嚢腫は，比較的稀有な疾患で，其の発生機転に就いては諸説籏出し未だ明白でない。著者は最近，角輩膜管錐術後約6力年を経過して発生したと思われる本症の1例を経験した。

A case of the traumatic serous cyst of the iris occured 6yrs. after the sclero-corneal trephining was presented. The partial resection of cyst wall and the infusion of Tinctura Jodi were perfo-rmed resulting the recurrence.

The occurance machanism of this disease was considered to have close relationship with the wrap-transplanting of mass of the epithelium into stroma of the iris.
