糖尿病性網膜症と線溶能

Blood Fibrinolytic Activity in Diabetic Retinopathy

緒言

　著者^1）はさきにBehçet症候群患者の線溶能を一年あまりにわたつて測定して，その変動について報告したが，その後糖尿病性網膜症をはじめ，その他2〜3の眼疾患について線溶能を調べたので，その結果を報告する。

　線溶能の動きを見る場合，同時に凝固系の変動も考慮に入れなければならない。それはこれらの酵素系が常に一定の状態にあるものではなく，凝固系の亢進のあつた場合には必ず代償的に線溶能の亢進が起こり，これらが一定期間続けば再び代償的に凝固系の亢進あるいは線溶系の低下が起こるからである。生理的な状態ではこのような動きの幅は少ないが，糖尿病や炎症，腫瘍等の場合にはその振幅が大きく，また止血剤や抗炎症剤の投与による影響も考えられ，1回あるいは数回の検査結果で長期間の線溶能を推定することは不可能である。

1) Observations on blood fibrinolytic activity were carried out in 55 patients suffering from diabetic retinopathy and 100 patients of diabetes mellitus as controls.

It was found that in diabetes mellitus incre-asing of fibrinogen concentration was found at first, and then the euglobulin lysis time was prolonged and at last, when retinopathy was developed, fibrin lysis time was also prolonged. Thus the whole fbirinolytic activity of diabetic retinopathy was diminished.

2) Studies were made of the effect of Dext-ran sulfate upon the fibrinolytic activity.
