緒言

　眼科領域のリンパ腫は悪性リンパ腫の一分症として現われる時と孤立性に現われる時とある。

　全身のリンパ組織の系統的病変が認められる時は前者と診断は容易であるが，これが存在せぬ孤立性リンパ腫ではこれが良性のものか悪性のものか鑑別するのに悩むことも少なくない。

Lymphoma in the ocular region has been ob-served in 10 instances by the author during the 7-year period since 1965. They consisted of 6 cases of orbital lymphoma, 2 cases each of lid and conjunctival lymphoma. The histological findings were characterized by lymphocytic pro-liferation in 9 instances. Reticulosarcoma was found in the one case in whom the lesion in-volved the eyelids bilaterally.

Out of the 9 cases with lymphocytic prolife-ration, the condition was diagnosed as reactive lymphocytic proliferation in 8 instances. Gene-ralized manifestation of lymphosarcoma develop-ed in the remaining one case 2 years later.
