眼窩軟部腫瘍について

Soft Somatic Tumor in Orbit

I．緒言

　眼窩に原発する腫瘍の分類については，従来より多種多様の分類がなされており，特にその中の主要部分を占める間葉系腫瘍に関しては，その組織形態が特殊であるためもあつて，組織発生の立場よりの病名（線維肉腫，血管内皮細胞腫など）と細胞形態よりの分類（小円形細胞肉腫，紡錘形細胞肉腫）とが混在し，このため各腫瘍の臨床経過や予後についての判断や，それに対する治療などについての記載も一定せず，種々の混乱を招いている。

　1949年，A．P．Stoutが第2回国際癌学会において軟部腫瘍について新しい分類法を提案して以来，各科領域においてもこれにのつとつて，症例の分類，検討が行なわれ，その結果，軟部腫瘍に対する診断，予後の判定に著しく貢献した。

The clinical and pathological findings in 3 cases with mesenchymal tumor, respectively, were reported in this papers.

The first case was malignant mesenchymoma of a girl aged 7 which had developed in her left orbit and extended to anterior cranial fossa.

With radiation and carotid infusion by vin-cristine offered little in the management of this patient, orbital exentration had been caried out.

The tumor specimen composes of rhabdomy-osarcoma and liposarcoma in addition to fibro-blastic proliferation.
