網膜剥離症と赤道部変性症における螢光眼底血管造影所見（予報）

Fluorescein Fundus Angiography on Retinal Detachment and Equatorial Degeneration. A Preliminary Report

I．緒言

　網膜剥離症に関する螢光眼底造影の報告は他の眼底疾患に比しきわめて少なく，またあまり特異な所見も報告されておらず^1）〜3），わずかにRosen^4）がいくつかの注目すべき所見を報告しているのみである。

　われわれは網膜剥離症において，特に裂孔部付近を目標に螢光眼底造影を行ない，また網膜剥離症の前段階であるところの赤道部変性症についても螢光眼底造影を行ない，それぞれにきわめて興味ある所見を得たので報告する。この両者の総合的な検討によつて赤道部変性症の進行，ひいては網膜剥離発症の機序について重要な示唆が与えられたと考えられるので，それについてもいささかの私見を述べる。

The fluorescein angiographic studies have been carried out on lattice degeneration and retinal detachment caused by retinal breaks, which took place at the site of lattice degene-ration.

The principal findings in retinal detachment were as follows :

1) Capillaries and small vessels were absent in the area and, not uncommonly, in the peri-phery of the degeneration.

2) Capillaries were markedly dilated around the above-mentioned avascular zone, mainly proximal of the degeneration area.

3) The formation of arterio-venous shunt and occasionally of rete mirabile were observed around the degeneration.
