網膜色素変性症の螢光眼底所見について

I．緒言

　螢光眼底撮影法は1961年Novotony and Alv—is^1）が発表して以来，本邦でも藤沢^2），清水氏^3）の詳細な研究を始め多くの研究があり^4）5），現在一般診療に於いて，その必要性が認められつつある。

　著者は螢光眼底撮影法を臨床検査法の一環として，網膜・脈絡膜疾患に行つており，その中で網膜色素変性症の特徴ある所見^6）と視機能との関係についていささか検討を加えてみた。よつてその成績についてここに報告する。

The fluorescein patterns of the 15 cases of retinitis pigmentosa are presetned. They are divided into three types : fluorescent spot type, diffuse type and extinguished type.

In fluorescent spot type fune fluorescence appears throughout the fundi except macular area in the arterial phase. In mid-peripheral area there are numerous fluorescent spots made of fine fluorescence while deposits of pigment in the shape of bone-corpuscles remain without fluorescence.

In diffuse type diffuse fluorescence consis-ting of fine fluorescence or aggregated fluor-escent spots appears throughout the fundi par-ticularly in mid-peripheral area.
