螢光眼底撮影法による網膜および葡萄膜血管循環系の分離実験

Experimental Study on the Retinal and Choroidal Circulation by Fluorescein Fundus Photography

I．緒言

　従来，葡萄膜循環，とくに脈絡膜循環に関しての研究はそれを検索する適当な方法が知られていなかつたためか，現在，なお定説が得られていない。近年，微小循環の諸相を知る手段として，Novotony　＆　Alvis^5）が螢光眼底撮影法を報告して以来，本法がきわめて有効な手技であることが知られているが，本手技が進歩するにつれて写し出される様相は，単に網膜の血管撮影という解釈では十分でなく，また，既定の概念では解釈の困難な問題を提示している。その一つが脈絡膜血管床よりの螢光の可視性の問題である。ある種の疾患，および正常眼においても本法を行なうと静脈相に入つてからしだいに増強されてくる眼底のムラムラとした所見は，おそらく脈絡膜循環に由来するものであろうと考えられている。そこでわれわれは螢光眼底撮影法を用い，黒および白家兎による動物実験を施行し眼底の循環の諸相について検討したので報告する。

In order to ascertain the role of choroidal cir-culation in the background mottling phenome-non during fluorescence fundus photography, following experiments were conducted in pig-mented and albino rabbits divided in two groups.

In the first group, the central retinal artery was dissected at its entrance into the optic nerve leaving the choroidal blood supply intact. In the second group, vessels supplying choroid were severed with retinal circulation left un-touched.
