一卵性双生児の姉妹に見られた弱視

A case of amblyopia with bilateral eccentric fixation in uniocular twin sisters

I．緒言

　双生児の斜視については，遺伝学的な立場のみならず，斜視発生の原因論を推しすすめる根拠としても深い興味が持たれており，既に本邦に於ても，倉知^1），大塚^2），大口^3），高橋^4），原田^5），等の報告があり，倉知例に於ては外斜視に，高橋例に於ては内斜視に対する手術が行なわれており，遺伝学的考察も行なわれている。原田ものべている様に，文献^1）−4）については，その報告が高橋の症例を除いて，1948年以前のものであるため，現在斜視・弱視について行なわれているPleoptics，Orthopticsの立場からの機能分析がなされていないのは遺憾である。本邦に於ても，ここ数年来，この問題に対する関心がたかまつており，文献も相当な数にのぼつている。しかしながら両眼性の偏心固視を伴い，しかも一卵性双生児における弱視例は，私の知る限りでは，文献にも見当らないと思われる。

　筆者は表題の如き一卵性双生児の姉妹に見られた弱視について，Oleo-Prthoptics，'神経眼科学の観点から観察，治療する機会を得たので報告し御批判を乞いたいと思う（第1図）。

The purpose of this paper is to present the rare case of amblyopia in identical twins associated with divergent strabismus and bilateral eccentric fixation.

From the point of view of neuro-ophthal-mology, the author investigated these cases for years about the following subjects ;

(1) Binocular vision : a) simultaneous perce-ption b) suppression c) fusion d) ster-eopsis e) retinal correspondence

(2) Accommodation and Convergence.

(3) Fixation.

(4) Changes in visual acuity.

Consequently, the correlationship and simi-larities of these various functions are also cross-examined.
