　本網膜症における血糖と血清総コレステロールの相互性について，今回は網膜症のないものとあるものとについて比べてみた。且，その対応比を各Stage別にみて考えてみたものである。

Studies are made on diabetic retinopathy with reference to blood sugar and serum to-tal cholesterol levels by classifying diabetics into four types ; hyperglykemic (+z-ch), co-mpound (+z+ch), hypercholesteremic (-z+ ch) and non hypercholesteremic (-z-ch) ty-pes

1. The+z-ch type is frequently observed in the retinopathy, while -z-ch type occurs frequently in the non-retinopathy. However, by the studies with the 120' blood sugar level (hyperglykemia ; over 220mg/dl and hyperc-holesteremia ; over 250mg/dl) the diabetics often show +z-ch type and retinopathy sh-ows two peaks at +z-ch and +z+ch.
