糖尿網膜症における血糖と血清総コレステロールの関係（1）

On the blood sugar and serum Cholesterol in diabestics (Report 1.)

　1．糖尿網膜症において，高血糖と高「コ」血症を共に有するものを複合性とすれば，この率は，蛋白尿型に最もつよく，この蛋白尿型は，高血糖率がその代り低い。

　高血糖率は，高血圧型（Vor値）又は基本型につよい（第1図）。

Studies are made on the relation between blood sugar and serum total cholesterol in diabetic retinopathy. Subjects.

1. Two peaks are observed at compound (+z+ch) and hyperglykemic (+z-ch) types in the distribution curve of combined blood sugar and serum cholesterol. when blood su-gar level over 220mg/dl at 120' and serum cholesterol over 250mg/d/ are difined as "hyper" condition.

2. The compound type (+z+ch) is frequent in albuminuric type and hyperglykemic type (+z-ch) is remarkable in basic type and hypertensive type.
