I．緒言

　脈絡膜悪性黒色腫は，白人においては眼球の腫瘍のうちで最も高い比率を示している^1）2）。わが国での本症の報告は比較的少ない^6）7）。

　われわれは脈絡膜悪性黒色腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A report is made on a case of malignant melanoma of the choroid in a male of 67 yearsof age. One year after the onset of his blurred vision, his left eye was enucleated. Microscopic examination revealed a mixed type malignant melanoma of the choroid which consisted of spindle type B and epithelioid type cells. Argy-rophil fiber were abundantly deposited about individual tumor cells and about lobulus of the neoplasm in other portion. According to those findings, he may not have favorable prognosis, but there is no sign of metastasis in recent examinations.
