兄妹に見られた白点状網膜炎と無色素性網膜色素変性症の1例

A clinical observation on retinitis punctata albescens and Degeneratio Pigmentosa retinae sine Pigmento in a brothers

I．緒言

　Retinitis punctata albescens （白点状網膜炎）と言う名称は1882年にMooren氏が，その眼底像にもとづいてつけたものであり，氏の報告以来既に幾多の報告がなされている。

　我国に於ても，1906年に高安右人氏がこれを記載してより，1953年に南部正躬氏の報告までに，既に100例に近い報告があり，決してめずらしいものと言うことは出来ない。

The authors observed the two retinal di-seases presented in a family, namely, Retini-tis punctata albescens (12 years-old boy) and Degeneratio pigmentosa retinae sine pigmento (9 years-old girl).

The latter is a rare case, which is recogni-zed ophthalmoscopically as a intermediate type between Degeneratio pigmentosa retinae sine pigmento and Retinitis punctata albes-cens. Concurrent appearing of these different retinal diseases in a family is uncommon, and it may suggest that these diseases have much common hereditally.
