I．緒言
私は幸運にも極めて稀とせられる本症の1例を診る機会を得，尚，従来全く記載の見られなかつた病変部の組織学的検索を行い本症の成因に就いて興味ある知見を得たので報告する。
A pecular atrophic pattern was found by the author in a lower guarter portion of the iris of both eyes of a 74 year old won an con p-laining of a marhed visual disturbance due to glaucoma. Histological exam nation of the atrophic lesion revealed marked atrophy of the at terlor layer or the iris parenchyma This lesion, therefore, seems to be of prim-ary origin.
