One cse of Progressive senile fibrillar atrophy of the iris stroma was reported. This disease has never been reported befor in Japan.

This case was complicated the glaucoma just like the cases reported in fereign coyntries.

This disease seems to be differed absolutely from the progressive essential atrophy of the iris.
