Abstract 文献概要

　曩に，私は高血圧性疾患にみられる所謂「乳頭浮腫」に就て記し（臨眼，9巻3号），papilledemaの語義が曖昧であつて，Choked disk （又はdisc）と全く同一と解すべきか否かは疑問であり，又従来本邦で用いられてきた欝血乳頭（欝積乳頭）と，近時屡々用いられる「乳頭浮腫」との関係も，これを全く同一の語義をもつものと見做してよいか否かは疑問であり，少しく検討を加えた方がよいのではないかとの疑義を述べ，両者を区別するとすれば，その差異を形態的変化の程度に求めた方が便利ではなかろうかとの見解を記した。

　このような疑義と見解に対して，私は大要次のような批判を受けた。

1) Some different opinion about identify of true meaning of Pappilitis and choked disk were found in the literatures. Each meaning were investigated.

2) It is convenient to understand the meaning of Nyutofushu widely and it is desirable to classificate both of them according to the grade of edema to use with the term Ukketsunyuto.

3) The finding of Papille which should be noticed as hypertensive papilledema was described and its pathogenesis is hardly attributed to increased intracranial pressure and cerebral edema.
