眼圧力脈波に関する研究（第2報）—高血圧者の脈波伝播時間について

Studies on pressure pulse wave of eye (2):About the propagation time of pulse wave in hypertension

　脈波の伝播速度については，古くより四肢頸部等について研究が行われ，Frank学派ではその週期と脈波伝播速度から波長を計算し，実際の血管長と一定の関係があると述べ，又1923年Bram-well,Hill及びMc．Swiney氏等は脈波伝播時間測定により血管の拡張性が年齢と共に減少していることを述べ，1939年Boger及びWezler両氏は脈波伝播速度と血管の弾性との間には一定の関係があり，脈波伝播速度は年齢と共に増加し，血管壁は年と共に伸び難くなると述べている。

　脈波伝播速度は血管の種類によつて異ることは勿論，血圧，体位，藥物等種々の影響で変動することは，種女の脈波計を用いた幾多の業績から明かである。しかし，頭部血管の脈波伝播速度を測定したものは少なく，最近，宇津見氏が眼動脈の脈波伝達時間について発表したものがあるにすぎない。

The propagation time of pulse wave from the heart to the front of the cornea were mea sured in hypertension of Boger and Wezler's classification and the following results were-obtained.

In the normal individuals, the propagating time were mean 0.442+0.0094 seconds and were 0.4816+0.0097 seconds in the peripheral resistive hypertension, in theelastic hypertension, were 0.3692+0.0667.

Considering this results statstically, the significant difference was recognized between hype-rtension and contrast.
