INAHの著効を治めた視路障碍の1例

A case of optic pathway involvement, recovering with isonicotinic acid hydrazide.

　最近私は，肺結核患者に，はじめ片眼性の視路障碍症状を呈し，マントー氏法によるツベルクリン皮内反応検査を試みたところ，症状増悪をきたしかつ他眼にも同様な視路障碍をおこしたが，イソニコチン酸ハイドラジツト（INAH）の内服により著効を治めた症例を経験した。

The reported case was a 38-year-old woman, suffering from pulmonary tubrculosis for these 5 years. She complained of progressive visual disturbance of the right eye from the end of Juli, 1952. She was admitted on August 4,1952.

Ocular examination: Vision was : R.E., hand movement ; L.E., 1.0. Externally, the eye findings were normal. Fundus examination revealed relatively normal except for ischemic dilatation, tortuosity and circulatory disturbance of retinal veins in both eyes,chiefly in the right eye. The color of optic discs was anaemic and these margins were clouding. Visualfield showed a large central scotoma in the right eye.
