要約　目的：ぶどう膜炎と緑内障が併発した強皮症の1例に行われた白内障手術後の長期経過の報告。症例：77歳女性が右眼視力低下で受診した。右眼視力は幼児期から不良で，麻疹のためとされていた。7年前から強皮症で加療中であった。所見と経過：矯正視力は右0.01，左0.7で，両眼に前房内の炎症所見，豚脂様角膜後面沈着物，硝子体混濁があった。眼圧は右48mmHg，左54mmHgであった。薬物投与でぶどう膜炎と高眼圧は軽快した。初診から14か月後に，右眼の白内障に超音波乳化吸引術と眼内レンズ挿入術，その2か月後に左眼も同様の手術を行った。術中と術後に問題はなく，4年後の現在，右0.03，左0.9の視力を維持している。結論：ぶどう膜炎と緑内障が併発した強皮症患者の両眼に超音波乳化吸引術と眼内レンズ挿入術を行い，以後4年間の経過が良好であった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of sclerodema and uveitis who received cataract surgery. Case：A 77-year-old female presented with impaired vision in the right eye. Her right visual acuity had been poor since infancy and been ascribed to measles. She had been under medication for scleroderma since 7 years before. Findings and Clinical Course：Corrected visual acuity was 0.01 right and 0.7 left. Both eyes showed signs of chronic inflammation in the anterior chamber and vitreous opacity. Intraocular pressure was 48 mmHg right and 54 mmHg left. Uveitis and ocular hypertension subsided after medication. She received phacoemulsification-aspiration with intraocular lens implantation in both eyes 14 months after initial visit. Both eyes were free of intra-or postoperative complications. Visual acuity was 0.03 right and 0.9 left 4 years after surgery. Conclusion：Bilateral cataract surgery was free of problems for 4 years in a case of scleroderma, uveitis and ocular hypertension.
