要約　目的：栗のイガによる受傷の真菌性角膜潰瘍が発症した症例の報告。症例：72歳男性が栗拾いに行き，左眼角膜に栗のイガが刺入した。近医でイガの摘出を受け，症状が改善した。3か月後に左眼視力が低下し，その2週後に受診した。所見：矯正視力は右1.0，左0.6で，左眼角膜に浮腫と混濁，前房に炎症の所見，虹彩にルベオーシスがあった。前房水のPCR検査でAspergillus属が検出され，アムホテリシンBを全身投与した。2週後に角膜潰瘍は上皮化し，炎症所見は消失した。以後10か月後の現在まで再発はない。結論：角膜に異物が刺入したのち，遅発性角膜潰瘍が発症することがある。診断にはPCR検査が有効であった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of fungal corneal ulcer 3 months after corneal injury by a chestnut bur. Case：A 72-year-old male was injured by a chestnut bur in his left cornea. Subjective findings improved after removal of the bur. He noticed impaired vision in the left eye 3 months later. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 1.0 right and 0.6 left. The left eye showed corneal edema and opacity, inflammatory findings in the aqueous, and rubeosis iridis. PCR of the aqueous showed Aspergillus species. Systemic treatment with amphotericin B was followed by rapid improvement. There has been no recurrence for 10 months until present. Conclusion：This case illustrates that fungal keratopathy may develop months after corneal injury. PCR of the aqueous was useful in the diagnosis.
