要約　目的：原発閉塞隅角症に対する白内障手術時にエンドミラーによる新しい隅角観察法を行い，ヒーロンV^®による隅角開大の効果を確認したので報告する。対象と方法：水晶体乳化吸引術＋眼内レンズ挿入術を施行した閉塞隅角症例でヒーロンV^®による隅角開大をエンドミラーで確認できた4例5眼である。眼内レンズ挿入後，隅角方向にヒーロンV^®を注入し，エンドミラーを用いて隅角を観察した。結果：全例で隅角所見が明瞭に観察でき，観察可能な範囲で隅角は開大していた。平均眼圧は術前23mmHgから術後13mmHgに下降し，平均角膜内皮減少率は1.2％であった。結論：エンドミラーを使用した隅角観察法は簡便かつ視認性も良好で，有用な方法である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the method and findings of gonioscopy in eyes with primary closed angle using an endomirror during cataract surgery. Cases and Method：Thist study was made on 5 eyes that had primary closed angle and that received phacoemulsification-aspiration with intraocular lens（IOL）implantation. The chamber angle was examined using an endomirror after IOL implantation and injection of HealonV^®. Findings：The chamber angle was clearly observed and was open in all the eyes. Intraocular pressure averaged 23 mmHg before and 13 mmHg after surgery. Population of corneal endothelial cells decreased by an average of 1.2％. Conclusion：Gonioscopy using an endomirror is useful because of simplicity of the method and excellent visibility.
