要約　目的：白内障手術での眼内レンズ（IOL）度数の各種計算式の精度をLenstar^®で比較評価した結果の報告。症例と方法：白内障手術を行い，Tecnis^® ZA9003を挿入し，1.0以上の術後矯正視力が得られた104眼を対象とした。IOL度数決定のための術前検査にはLenstar LS 900^®を用いた。計算式の術後屈折値誤差はその絶対値の平均で検討した。結果：術後の屈折値誤差とその標準偏差は，Haigis式0.29±0.22，Olsen式0.32±0.27，HalladayⅡ式0.36±0.32，SRK/T式0.37±0.32であった。Haigis式とSRK/T式の値に有意差があった（p＝0.033）。結論：IOL度数の予測には，計算式により術後の精度に差がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report differences in the outcome of cataract surgery with intraocular lens（IOL）implantation evaluated by Lenstar^®. Cases and Method：This study was made on 104 eyes that received implantation of IOL Tecnis^® ZA9003 and that showed in visual acuity of 1.0 or over. Lenstar LS 900^® was used in IOL power calculation. Postoperative error in refraction was evaluated using average of absolute power. Results：Postoperative error of refraction averaged 0.29±0.22 after Haigis, 0.32±0.27 after Olsen, 0.36±0.32 after HolladayⅡ, and 0.37±0.32 after SRK/T. Significant differences were present between Haigis and SRK/T（p＝0.033）. Conclusion：Differences are present among four formulas of IOL power calculation.
