要約　目的：Dynamic contour tonometer（DCT）および非接触型眼圧計（NCT）を用いてソフトコンタクトレンズ上の眼圧測定を行い評価した。方法：対象は，健常者6名12眼である。対象レンズは，1 day ACUVUE^®moist，Medalist^®plus，O₂OPTIXを使用した。使用度数はプラスレンズのあるものは＋5.0Dと，マイナスレンズは－3.0Dと－9.0Dを用いた。眼圧測定はDCTとNCTを使用し，レンズ装用時，非装用時各3回測定を行った。結果：1 day ACUVUE^®moist，Medalist^®plusの－9.0DおよびO₂OPTIX＋5.0Dの各レンズ装用時のNCTの眼圧は，装用前の眼圧に対しそれぞれ平均－2.05mmHg，－1.32mmHg，＋7.19mmHg変化し，有意差（p＜0.01）があった。DCTを用いた眼圧測定では，対象レンズ装用時の眼圧は装用前の眼圧に対し平均－0.68～＋1.30mmHgの変化があり有意差はなかった。結論：DCTによる眼圧測定は，レンズの性状に左右されにくく，NCTより有用であると考える。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report intraocular pressure（IOP）in healthy eyes wearing soft contact lens（SCL）measured by dynamic contour tonometer（DCT）. Objects and Method：This study was made on 12 eyes of 6 healthy volunteers. They were asked to wear three types of SCL：1 day Acuvue moist,Medalist plus,and O₂OPTIX. The refractive power was ＋5.0D,－3.0D and －9.0D for each SCL. IOP was measured three times for each session before and while wearing SCL using DCT and noncontact tonometer（NCT）. Results：There was no difference in IOP values before and after wearing SCL when measured by DCT. IOP decreased after wearing －9.0D 1 day Acuvue or －9.0D Medalist plus. It increased after wearing ＋5.0D O₂OPTIX. These differences were significant（p＜0.01）. Conclusion：DCT gave more constant IOP values independent of the power or type of SCL than NCT.
