要約　目的：緑内障点眼薬を使用中に皮膚炎が生じた症例の報告。症例：31歳男性が開放隅角緑内障で紹介され受診した。10歳の頃からアトピー性皮膚炎があった。所見：矯正視力は右1.2，左0.7で，眼圧は右14mmHg，左32mmHgであった。外眼部を含め全身皮膚に異常はなかった。左眼に乳頭陥凹があり，視野欠損があった。左眼に0.5％マレイン酸チモロール，両眼にラタノプロストの点眼を開始した。その2か月後から両眼の眼瞼に疼痛を伴う紅斑とびらんが生じた。接触性皮膚炎を疑い点眼を中止した。マレイン酸チモロールとラタノプロストの皮膚貼布試験が陽性であった。塩化ベンザルコニウムの貼布試験は陰性であった。結論：本症例ではアトピー性皮膚炎があったことと，緑内障点眼薬を長期使用したことで接触性皮膚炎が生じた可能性が高い。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case who developed contact dermatitis following prolonged instillation of antiglaucomatous ophthalmic solution. Case：A 31-year-old male was referred for open-angle glaucoma. He had been suffering from atopic dermatitis since 10 years of age. Findings：Corrected visual acuity was 1.2 right and 0.7 left. Intraocular pressure was 14 mmHg right and 32 mmHg left. No abnormal dermatological finding was present including the eyelids. The left eye showed cupping of optic disc and visual field effect. He was treated by instillation of 0.5％ timolol for the left eye and latanoprost for both eyes. Both eyelids started to show erosion and erythema associated with pain after 2 months of treatment,necessitating discontinuation of treatment. Patch test was positive both for timolol and latanoprost and negative for benzalkonium. Conclusion：This case illustrates that prolonged instillation of timolol or latanoprost may induce contact dermatitis in predisposed persons.
