要約　目的：裂孔原性網膜剝離に対する硝子体手術と眼内レンズ縫着術の成績の報告。対象と方法：過去7年間に治療した裂孔原性網膜剝離8例8眼を検索した。男性6例，女性2例で，年齢は47～82歳（平均69歳）である。全例に硝子体手術と眼内レンズの毛様溝縫着を行った。結果：全例で初回復位が得られた。1例で6年後に網膜剝離が再発し，手術で復位した。術後の裸眼視力は全例で改善し，矯正視力も不変または改善した。目標屈折値からの誤差は平均1.5Dで，網膜剝離の手術後に二次的に眼内レンズを挿入した例と有意差はなかった。結論：裂孔原性網膜剝離に対する硝子体手術と眼内レンズ縫着術の同時手術は，安全で有効である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of vitrectomy with simultaneous intraocular lens（IOL）implantation for retinal detachment. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 8 consecutive cases of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment in the past 7 years. The series comprised 5 males and 3 females. The age ranged from 47 to 82 years,average 69 years. Each case received vitrectomy with simultaneous sulcus-fixated IOL implantation. Results：The retina became reattached after the first surgery. Retinal detachment recurred in one case and was cured by surgery. Visual acuity without correction improved in all the eyes after surgery. Corrected visual acuity remained the same or better in all the eyes after surgery. The average of refractive error from the target value was 1.5 diopters and was the same as in eyes that received IOL implantation after retinal detachment surgery. Conclusion：These cases illustrate that vitreous surgery with simultaneous IOL implantation is safe and effective for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.
