要約　目的：Behçet病患者の水晶体囊の免疫組織学的所見の報告。対象と方法：過去に白内障手術を受け，眼内レンズの亜脱臼などで水晶体囊の摘出を受けた3例4眼を対象とした。すべて男性で，年齢は45，50，72歳である。11～24年のBehçet病の罹病歴があり，すべて前・後眼部型であった。摘出組織に免疫染色を行い，病理学的に検索した。結果：すべての水晶体囊，虹彩，球結膜でⅣ型コラーゲンが陽性であった。IL-1の染色態度は，球結膜では陽性であり，水晶体囊と虹彩では弱かった。結論：眼罹患歴があるBehçet病患者の水晶体囊，虹彩，球結膜には，免疫組織学的に炎症による変化があった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report immunohistopathological findings of lens capsule in patients with Behçet disease. Cases and Method：This study was made on 4 eyes of 3 male patients. They were aged 45,50 and 72 years respectively. All had history of Behçet disease for 11 to 24 years with ocular involvement. All were aphakic or pseudophakic. The lens capsule had to be removed due to subluxation of the capsule with or without iris prolapse. The extracted tissue was subjected to immunohistochemical studies. Results：Type Ⅳ collagen staining was positive in the lens capsule,iris and bulbar conjunctiva. Staining for interleukin（IL）-1 was positive in the conjunctiva and weak in the lens capsule and iris. Conclusion：Inflammatory changes were present in the lens capsule,iris and conjunctiva in eyes with Behçet disease.
