要約 目的：糖尿病黄斑浮腫に対するベバシズマブとトリアムシノロンアセトニド（以下，トリアムシノロン）の硝子体注入の効果の比較。対象と方法：糖尿病黄斑浮腫がある20例24眼を対象とした。男性10例と女性10例で，平均年齢は62歳であった。14眼にはベバシズマブ，10眼にはトリアムシノロンの硝子体注入を行った。術後24週までの経過を追跡した。視力はlogMARで評価し，中心窩網膜厚は光干渉断層計で測定した。結果：術後の視力と中心窩網膜厚は両群ともに改善した。両群間に有意差はなかった。治療による眼圧上昇はなかった。結論：糖尿病黄斑浮腫に対するベバシズマブまたはトリアムシノロンの硝子体注入は短期的に有効であった。両者間に効果の差はなかった。
Abstract. Purpose：To compare the effect of intravitreally injected bevacizumab and triamcinolone acetonide for diabetic macular edema. Cases and Method：This study was made on 24 eyes of 20 patients with diabetic macular edema. The series comprised 10 males and 10 females. The age averaged 62 years. Fourteen eyes received intravitreal injection of bevacizumab and 10 eyes received triamcinolone. Cases were followed up for 24 weeks. Visual acuity was evaluated as logMAR. Foveal thickness was measured by optical coherence tomography. Results：Both groups showed improvements in visual acuity and foveal thickness. There was no difference between the two groups. There was no elevation of intraocular pressure throughout. Conclusion：Intravitreal injection of bevacizumab or triamcinolone was equally effective for diabetic macular edema up to 24 weeks.
