要約　目的：アレルギー性肉芽腫性血管炎（Churg-Strauss症候群）により結膜下腫瘤が生じた症例の報告。症例：54歳女性が左眼瞼腫脹で受診した。球結膜下に腫瘤があり，良性リンパ腫が疑われた。ベタメタゾン点眼で腫瘤は3週後にほぼ消失した。ステロイド緑内障が発症し，フルオロメトロン点眼に変更し，発症から7か月後に腫瘤は消失した。発症から17か月後に腫瘤が再発した。ステロイド薬点眼が奏効せず，腫瘤を切除した。病理学的検索でアレルギー性肉芽腫性血管炎（Churg-Strauss症候群）の診断が確定した。結論：結膜下腫瘤には本症による症例がある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of allergic granulomatosis and angiitis（Churg-Strauss syndrome）presenting with conjunctival nodules. Case：A 54-year-old woman presented with swollen left eye. Her left eye showed subconjunctival nodules,suggestive of benign lymphoma. The nodule diminished after 3 weeks of topical betamethasone. The treatment had to be switched to fluorometholone due to steroid glaucoma. The nodules disappeared 7 months later. They recurred 17 months after onset. They were dissected after topical treatment proved futile. Pathological studies led to the diagnosis of granulomatosis and angiitis（Churg-Strauss syndrome）. Conclusion：This case illustrates that conjunctival tumors may be due to this clinicopathological entity.
