I．はじめに

　膠原病の全身性血管病変に起因した頭蓋内病変の存在は広く知られているが，今回われわれは，経過中にくも膜下出血，動眼神経麻痺，水頭症，脳動脈瘤および脳内出血を合併したアレルギー性肉芽腫性血管炎の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加え報告する．

　A case of allergic granulomatous angiitis showing various symptoms of the central nervous system is reported.

　A 29-year-old female was admitted to our hospital because of severe headache and urinary incontinence. Conciousness was drowsy, and right IIIrd cranial nerve palsy was observed.

　CT scan revealed subarachnoid hemorrhage, hydrocephalus and arachnoid cyst. Since no aneurysm or arteriovenous malformation was detected by angiography, continuous ventricular drainage was performed.
