要約　目的：糖尿病と緑内障の加療中に発見されたCushing症候群1例の報告。症例：45歳男性が5年前に糖尿病と診断され，加療中であった。網膜症の検査時に両眼に高眼圧，右眼に視神経乳頭の線状出血があった。さらに左副腎腫瘍が発見され，これによるCushing症候群であると診断された。結果：摘出された副腎腫瘍は副腎腺腫であった。摘出後に眼圧は下降して安定した。結論：糖尿病と緑内障が併発している状態の原因の1つとしてCushing症候群が関与していることがある。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a case of Cushing syndrome with diabetes mellitus and glaucoma as initial manifestations. Case：A 45-year-old male was referred to us for ocular complications of diabetes mellitus diagnosed 5 years before. He had elevated intraocular pressure in both eyes and splinter hemorrhage in the right. Further examinations led to detection of left adrenal tumor and to the diagnosis of Cushing syndrome. Results：The adrenal tumor proved to be adenoma during surgery. The intraocular pressure spontaneously decreased to normal range after surgery. Conclusion：Diabetes mellitus and glaucoma may manifest as initial clinical signs of Cushing syndrome.
